Programs for restoring CS800D Plus Programs for restoring CS800D Read me before updating | January 10, 2024These Programs are used for updating to the beta versions of the CS800D PLUS firmware. I would expect you can try it on the CS800D but it was never tested. Some of these programs require the GPS module to work. When the programs are finished, they will then no longer be comptabile with the CS800D because of the size of the flash memory and other reasons. None of these programs are completely runing but they should give you an idea of how they will work. The CPS cannot be used at this time. The various programs have default setting for what the CPS would normally set. The manuals to use these programs are in the product section of the website under the CS800D PLUS radio at the bottom of the page.Load the programs using Flash Burn 3.00 into the radio in the following order:
Load the data using CPS R4.04.11 into the radio in the following order.

April 21, 2023 | April 21, 2023There are a few radios that are having problems reading or writing their code plug. Usually changing the computer solves the problem. If that does not work or you want to use a specific computer, you need to first run the RCDB version of the firmware and then update to MS40.54. Running the RCDB version erases the voice prompts so they will have to be reloaded if you want voice prompts. This new CPS solves a problem where if the number of contacts is too large then the program crashed. |
