The radio programming cable uses a Prolific Integrated Circuit. This chip requires you to have a driver in your PC to use that cable. This cable uses a chip that is probably not compatible with the Windows 8 or Windows 10 operating system. The documentation within the ZIP files explains how to determine what version of the Prolific Chip you have and what Microsoft Operating system it is compatible with. |
